Callxxxx chevy allegro van - rv conversion motorhome. 22 feet long. Essentially it is an 86 chevy astrovan that was converted to a class a rv. It passed smog, is licensed and registered with good title. All paperwork is in proper order and it is fully legal. It is mechanically sound, reliable and runs well. Starts right up and drives like a dream. Cosmetically it is acceptable, but needs a little fixing up to be at top form. It could be fixed up super nice quite easily. A person could buy it and live in it right now. There are minor scratches, and usual wear and tear, but nothing very expensive or difficult to make as good as new. I had the entire brake system replaced about 2-three years ago (which cost $xxxx ) and have only put about xxxx mis on it since then. There is an electric generator, which i have never pre-owned, but when i bought in xxxx, the guy who sold it to me started it up and showed me it works. So i assume the generator is still good, but i never pre-owned it and don't even know how to start it. It also has propane gas, and an electric hot water heater for the shower. There is an alternative interior power system ( i think it is golf cart batteries ) that runs the interior lamps, hot water etc.. Without draining the engine battery. It also has a microwave, ( which i never pre-owned, but it probably works ) and mini-refrigerator. The fridge runs on battery power or propane. I pre-owned to use the fridge on propane, and it works great, but i haven't pre-owned it in a long time and turned it off. It also has a propane stove that works, but could use a little cosmetic touch up. It also has a thermostat and working propane heat. It has a shower, a bathroom sink and toilet as well as a larger kitchen sink. I have had several rvs, and the carpets always get grungy from people tracking stuff in.. The wood floors are low maintenance and look great. It fits into one parking space usually.. It's about 22 ft long. It drives, parks and handles like a minivan. Grandma could drive and park it easy. Really hate to sell it, it would be hard to replace for the price i am asking. The mechanics ( engine, tranny, drive train etc..) are strong and reliable, and the minor cosmetic repairs it could use are minimal and ignorable. Whoever gets it will love owning it! The first person with $xxxx drives it home! 818. 765. Xxxxmotorhome camper rv motor home van recreational vehiclelisting originally posted at http.
