This is my pristine one of one white on grey testarossa. No other 1989 exists with this color combination. The carpresents in stunningly immaculate condition both inside and outside. The engine out was performed about 150 milesago in 2016 by master ferrari mechanic andy falbo of ferrari motor service. No details were overlooked as the carwas meticulously fussed over to ensure that it is sorted out both electrically and mechanically. The engine anddrive train perform flawlessly. I do have history of the vehicle which date back about 14 years including theprevious engine out which was performed at 9000 miles. The fitted luggage set may be optionally included in thesale. Included will also be a photo cd of the engine out, all tools and books and manuals. As can be seen in thephotos the leather is in excellent condition with no evidence of any dash shrinkage. 1985 ferrari testarossa mono mirror (flying mirror) the car is in a perfect condition with only 36,310 miles on it. Just spent $28,000 at ferrari dealer (belts/rotors/oil ) all invoices are available from certified ferrari dealer. All maintenance is up to date. All records will be given as well as a clear title. The value of this vehicle goes up every year it is a very rare piece and i am very sad i have to part form it. This 1986 ferrari testarosa is often referred to as the flying mirror or monospecchio model which was only made for 2 years between 1985-1986. Only about 322 cars came to usa in those 2 years ( 122 for 1985 and 200 for 1986). I would think that at least 30% have been crashed or parted out by now making these 1980s icons even more rare. Desirable early production “flying mirror” modeloriginal miles; original tool roll, jack, and manualsunveiled to the world the night before the opening of the 1984 paris motor show at the famed lido nightclub on the champs-élysées in paris, the ferrari testarossa would become nothing short of legend. With a 0–60 mph time of just over five seconds and a top speed of near 180 mph, its performance and dramatic styling had enthusiasts falling head over heels for ferrari’s newest flat-12 creation. It soon became the poster child for a generation with numerous appearances in movies, music videos, and television shows—most notably in a starring role in miami vice alongside don johnson and philip michael thomas. The testarossa offered here is a desirable early production example, with a single mirror on the driver’s side, mounted high on the a-pillar—dubbed the “flying mirror” in ferrari parlance, and widely considered more attractive than later versions. Recent services, for which receipts are on file, included changing fluids ,belts,rotors etc... When new, the car was driven by him and taken to various parades and shows with the luigi ferrari club, and later the club ferrari quebec, and it was frequently seen on display in his dealership as well. It is believed that during this time, the car was fitted with its current modified seats with contrasting black daytona-style inserts. The car remained unregistered from the time it was new until luigi passed away in 2012. Purchased by its previous owner from luigi's estate shortly after his death, it was registered for the road for the very first time just last year. Since then, the car has been regularly maintained and driven sparingly. Driven just under 4,900 kms since new, only 1,000 kms of which were accumulated by its previous owner.
